Această băutură este la fel de impozantă ca şi insula vulcanică al cărei nume îl poartă, numită totodată şi „Perla Polineziei”. Pentru a face ca acest ceai să-şi merite numele, în prepararea sa nu s-au folosit metodele obişnuite de amestec - acesta s-a realizat într-un mod special, lucru evident şi prin selectarea a numeroase fructe obişnuite şi exotice. Aromele dulci şi cele stringente, fructele roşii şi galbene se completează foarte bine.

Ingredinte: flori de hibiscus, bucăţi de mere, cuburi de papaya, stafide, fructe de soc, stafide negre, bucăţi de zmeură şi căpşuni uscate, flori de floarea-soarelui şi de porumb.

Preparare:

4 - 5 lingurite cu vârf / 1 litru

It has also been enriched with bright blue and yellow blossoms and ennobled with the finest flavours of southern fruits.
