GREAT WINTER

O data cu solstitiul de iarna, zilele devin din ce in ce mai scurte. In absenta soarelui care ne aduce caldura si bucurie, gasim  modalitati de a ne hrani bunastarea  sufleteasca si a ne echilibra si cu ajutorul amestecurilor de fructe, mirodenii si flori, care au stocat pentru noi energia soarelui, astfel incit sa avem o iarna grozava.

Ingrediente: bucati de mere, coaja de portocala, flori de hibiscus, frunze de mur, migdale feliate, fărâme de morcov, stelute de anason, bucati de scorțișoară,  flori de tei argintiu, felii de afine congelate-uscate, rodie, petale de trandafir.

Preparare:

3 - 4 lingurite cu virf / 1 litru
